Co-Founder & Principal Consultant

Connects business ambition with the people and structure to deliver it.

Jessica stepped into entrepreneurship in her early twenties, taking a break from corporate life to start her own recruitment company. That chapter took her across international markets, broadening her understanding of how businesses operate, how leaders shape them and what they need at different stages of growth.

Returning to corporate life, Jessica worked closely with C-suite teams to support growth, international expansion and acquisition integration. Her work extended beyond people and HR into commercial, supply chain, finance and compliance functions. As part of a multi-region expansion team, she helped shape market-entry roadmaps, coordinate local setup and align regional leaders and executive sponsors on when and how to move forward.

At Anvil, Jessica works alongside founders and leaders to understand where the business is today and co-create what its next stage requires. She brings strategy, people and ways of working into focus, shaping capability, structures and operating rhythms that fit the business’s current needs and remain nimble as it grows.

Her approach draws on the team’s knowledge, working through ideas together and building practical models with clear ownership. The aim is to create capacity for what comes next while preserving the business’s identity and resourcefulness.

Brings business plans to life through people, systems and delivery.

An avid traveller, Conor relocated from the UK to Australia as the COVID pandemic began shutting borders and changing daily life. Establishing himself in a new country during that uncertainty called for adaptability and a willingness to rethink his next steps. His travels have shaped an appreciation for cultural differences and the importance of understanding people and their context, a perspective he brings to both life and work.

Across client engagement, business development and team leadership, Conor found a common thread: understanding what people need and helping them move towards a clear goal. He brought that focus into product ownership and delivery, coordinating software integrations and releases, supporting sales growth and delivering product training for teams and clients. Calm and knowledgeable, he enjoys making complex systems easier to understand and seeing people put that knowledge into practice.

Conor has also explored entrepreneurship, co-founding a software app and gaining first-hand experience of taking an idea through development towards launch. That experience reinforced his belief in the reliability, clear ownership and strategic goals needed to build strong business outcomes.

At Anvil, Conor brings agreed plans and models to life, working alongside teams to coordinate implementation, communicate changes and support adoption through training and onboarding. He follows through with check-ins and progress reviews, helping teams embed new practices and refine them as they learn what works. His focus is on turning shared intent into everyday action that supports the business’s commercial goals.
